It's a cowboy cartoon character in 3D. Software used is Blender.
Everything was done from a 2D concept design I did before.

Yo got the Wild West theme perfectly, the stance, the clothing. Also I like the texture of the cloths and his hair, it looks really neat because you took advantage of it being a 3D picture.
